Hi, I’m Gaby. I am a Transition Coach, who facilitates the navigation of life challenges by empowering my clients with the tools to cultivate clarity, peace, and excitement about writing the next chapter of life.


Our time together is spent incorporating Life Coaching techniques and Energy Healing to help guide you through transitions and embrace opportunities that life places before you. During our work together, we will connect and open your heart space, by gaining understanding, self-trust, and gratitude for where the universe has placed you. By welcoming your transition as a transformation, you will not only heal; you will also embrace the belief that everything is possible for you!

    As a certified life coach, I can go beyond just being empathetic to your unique situation. I have proven methods to help you get clarity, make decisions, and feel empowered to create and embrace change.

  • Reiki Energy Healing

    Reiki is an energy healing technique using a gentle touch, to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being. Reiki supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balancing.

  • Integrative Energetic Healing

    Integrative Energetic Healing is the Science and art of how the body, mind, and spirit are connected. Balances between these brings back harmony, peace, joy, a more positive outlook, and a deeper connection with self along with less discomfort or pains within the physical body.
